Wireless printer/scanner connected to windows 10 but message says scanner is busy i keep having trouble with getting my printer/scanner to work with windows 10. i fixed it a couple of times but can't seem to get it to work now.. If the scanner busy message appears for all your scanner software, you must reinstall your scanner driver. if you can scan from any other scanner software, scan an image, save it to disk, then close the application and shut down your system properly..
