I installed the most recent mf toolbox software from canon and i continually get the following message: " a supported scanner is not installed." also, when i plug in the usb cord, it searches windows for the drivers and one of the drivers it looks for it can not find.. He said brand new canon's will not install the toolbox either. without the tool box, the scanner will not scan to pdf files, so it is basically worthless. so i am at a loss.. The driver with my canon mf 3200 series does not compatible with my 64 bit vista laptop , also canon mf toolbox 4.9 does not respond because the message appear told me that the supported scanner does not installed. When i went to try to scan, mf toolbox would freeze up and not do anything. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. i went in and deleted the entire driver folder under the windows / twain_32 folder..
