First i try to update the graphic card but later found out that it was already update .then i google my graphic card drivers with my laptop model no. after some research i found out that i was #not# having the best graphic card drivers that was supported by laptop.. Coulld you solve my pc problem please? the problem is, the time i start using bluestack and playing a games it is working well, but if i try to go to bigo live broadcast tv i could not seeing the vidio totaly black screen the only showing people commented on the screen. I have tested this software and used it on my pc. also, the link shared in this post is from the officials bluestacks servers. you must have done something wrong..
